Volume 101:

This Volume started with Luffy/Zoro needing Medical Attention + Sanji vs Queen + Yamato confronts Kaido + Law/Kid vs Big Mom
After that, we are slowly getting bits of Luffy/Zoro Comeback & those other Three Fights while showing Conclusion of Lesser Fights
It started with Nami Defeating Ulti, then Jinbe Defeating WsW & now Franky Defeating Sasaki.

We already got Five Chapters & usually Oda Ends the Volume's Story in 9th Chapter
So Chapter 1023 should be the End of these Match-Ups & start of New Development
In other words:

Chapter 1020 ---> Conclusion of Robin/Brook vs Black Maria
Chapter 1021 ---> Conclusion of Inurashi vs Jack
Chapter 1022 ---> Conclusion of King & Queen Fights or just Queen
Chapter 1023 ---> Onigashima reaches Capital + Kaido vs Yamato Concluded + Luffy/Zoro reach Kaido + Law/Kid vs BM Development

Chapter 924 was End of Act 01 & it showed both Luffy & Kid
So imo Chapter 1024 will be End of Act 03 where all Calamities & Officers are Defeated & only Kaido/BM are left to deal with, also we should be on top of Capital, so it's Perfect Time to End Act 03 which focused on Onigashima & Beasts Pirates in general, while Act 04 will Focus on Wano again & Kaido's Story & End

This is also why Oda Draw Covers of Volumes 99-101 Connected, it's because they are Last Three Volumes of Act 03
