Zoro decapitating a fully unconcious, defeated Kaido , with no effort required wouldn't be cool tho.

Kaido is more similar to Crocodile , Lucci, Moria and Doffy.
when Luffy defeats him he will not get back again soon after that, either King takes him and flee , the marines comes and arrest him, the alliance put him in sea stones cuffs. either way he will not fight after he gets defeated by Luffy , and having beheading him while he is unconscious or cuffed is really not what Zoro will do it is under his worth. that's why Zoro defeating King will be the most logical thing to do. i don't say that he will not help Luffy anymore what i say is that he will not be part of defeating Kaido at the very end. Just like with Doffy Law did his best but was taken out of the equation and could not fight anymore and Luffy finished the fight.
