Powers & Abilities POLL: Which Character has a better chance of unlocking CoC Killer or Sanji

Come on, man…Killer’s cool and getting some real shine lately, but Sanji’s a main character and therefore automatically more likely to receive a power up like CoC. Still don’t think he’ll actually unlock it, but between the two of them, I’d be trolling impossibly hard if I tried to say it was Kid’s buddy over the cook.
When I made the Usopp Sanji one, that one was an insult to Sanji because Usopp's characters and how much of an actual coward he is
I think it's plausible a VC member in worstgen in a similar position to Zoro could get CoC. Im also on the boat of Sanji not getting CoC because I dont think he has the qualities of a conqueror who can imbed fear into people like Luffy and Zoro can.

I disagree that asking between Usopp and Sanji is an insult, there’s plenty of pretext for the long nose to show off his CoC before it’s all said and done. We both know that for all his strategizing and skills, Zoro is comfortably above Killer in terms of power/ability, so comparing those two is unfair; still, Sanji may rank lower in the hierarchy (and he DOES, any dipshit who wants to challenge me on this), but he’s perpetually further ahead in line for things like this than someone like a quasi-rival to the main character’s subordinate.
Those are all plausible points. I will always be on the boat of Usopp does not deserve CoC and will admit to being wrong if he does unlock it. If that were the case there is in honestly throwing out any bias 0 chance he unlocks it before Sanji if both were to get it
Also Killer in theory did very similar thing in Wano to Sanji going to WCI, basically being blackmailed to do something they didnt want to do, but did it for the sake of their crew

The leadership part is a red herring bec every SH has been shown to lead at one point or another
