From my experience with hosting and claiming that warning is placed to prevent mass claiming or claiming for no reason - which dulls the game often with flavour type games.

But pressure claim should be no problemo.

Scun having anti claim abilities could be the case but only in mass claim situations or where someone claims for shit and giggles
