My top 10 used to be the SH's. But I've put a little bit more effort on it this time, in order to reach a real top10 to me.
1- Sanji. A random episode of Baratie arc airing on Cartoon Network and Sanji kicking people while wearing his suit was what convinced me to start One Piece (and a friend of mine telling me to watch it for almost a year as well).
2- Norland. Jaya/Skypie is a precious gem that I did not enjoy the first time I've watched it, but it kept growing on me how amazing it really was. The setting, the characters, the stories connecting with each other. Norland is an AMAZING character. The way he tries to challenge Calgara's traditions, while still respecting his culture, was done brilliantly. His throwback at Dressrosa was very shitty. I like Usopp, but comparing Usopp with Norland is one of the worst things Oda has ever done. The "lying" Norland was actually one of the most tragic and beautiful stories in One Piece, and "memeing" it by associating his character with Usopp is not something I'm a big fan of, despite liking Usopp. But doesn't matter. Norland is GOAT.
3- Crocodile. To me, THE best antagonist. The first "BIG WALL". When One Piece wasn't about just "develop new power number X and beat the villain". Someone initially viewed as invincible, required Luffy to get rekt multiple times. One of them, even with Luffy finding out about his water weakness, still wasn't enough. He's bad, he schemes, he betrays, he conquers. His return during Impel Down / Marineford was excellent. Sir Crocodile, you're the real MVP of the Warlords.
4- Teach. One of my favorite character reveals of all time. First time watching him walking alongside Van Augr, Doc Q, Burgess was freaking awesome. "Damn, so that freaking dude is Blackbeard??? Holy fuck!". Dude's on a mission, and he's commited to it. Looking forward to see Oda has planned for him.
5- Dragon. This is something that can change DRASTICALLY in the future. Dragon manages to secure a 5th place more due to the mystery surrounding the character that keeps me guessing what he's gonna do next. I wonder if he will live up to the hype, but boy, oh boy, I can't wait to finally see him in action.
6- Yamato. Not even joking. I like her. Her "I'm Oden" thing doesn't bother me at all. I hope she joins and we have kickass woman on board besides Robin, but that doesn't get discarded for 10+ years. #Yamato4Nakama.
7-10 - Robin, X Drake, Nami, Rayleigh.

From 10 SH's on my top 10 to only 3 (maybe 4 if Yamato becomes one as well)...sigh....

Blackbeard's reveal was amazing. He went from being this funny guy who argued with Luffy over food, to making one of the best speeches in OP history to being revealed to be the guy Ace is hunting.

After Sakazuki and Teach, he's the character I'm most hyped to see in action.
