There's a reason why vamps exist in the game. It helps to balance it out. Also with vamps existing, there's no way the ratios are gonna be 50/50. Town would get toppled a little too quickly if they're getting killed and converted at night, alongside mislynches. And also, the 50/50 ratio was meant for past ToS games where town would get lots of information. This game isn't like that so I doubt she'd go with the same ratio strength regardless.
