And in the powerlvl context, Sanji = King and both use fire, so for now, Queen's quote is only referring to the way they control the fire since King didnt show any impressive shit with his fire unlike Sanji and so the difference for now would be in how they control it since Sanji is not from King's or at least not entirely.
