it could be a 60% recovery or 80% recovery wich is far more likely in my opinion then a full recovery. 100% heal is just an assumption

If it's Luffy's battle , then why did Oda have Kaido fight 9 samurai then 5 supernova and Made Zoro specifically Say : "I came to this island to cut Kaido in piecies".

It's not hard to comprehend that Zoro isn't being as effective as he should and the doctor still spelled those words, so either he healed and Oda is doing Zoro dirt ny making his attack ineffective which is unlikely or he didn't fully heal at the bare least.
