Basically yes (at the lower end of top tier). She can hold her own against Hybrid Kaido for quite a long time. Born with a super-human, durable body, CoC user, uses Kaido's moveset (at least his strongest shown move, Thunda Bagua), has barrier Haki and a strong mythical Zoan which is a deity of Wano. She evenly clashed with Hybrid Kaido's Thunder Bagua.

Ain't no high tier is pulling off these feats.

Gold Roger basically rates people with top tier feats and hype as high tiers

Monster trio is much more than the three strongest in the crew, it's a dynamic we have during all the manga.
It's the Pirate King + his wings. Wings = 2, one right and one left.
If Yamato joins, she can't be stronger than the wings, that wouldn't make any sense.
So it's not a matter of misogyny.
