Holy shit WAIDO, everything that is placed in this man's hands becomes a legend, for the simple fact that KAIDO is wielding it.
If Kaido chooses fists as a weapon, he will make them a legend.
If Kaido chooses a random piece of wood he found on the ground as a weapon, he will make it a legendary weapon.
No matter what this man has in his hands, be it a common sword or even the most graded one, he will make you a LEGEND!

It's not the weapon that needs to be conceptualized and graded as a legendary weapon, it's the user who makes it legendary whether it's common or not.
