but aniway..my kestion iz : what if Haki was uzed in marinfort war...u tink teh outcomes would be teh same?????..

Well actually they used haki in marine ford. But it just wasn't visualized like it was after the time skip. I think just because Haki was involved marine ford ended up being badass.

That could be explained by his age and his illness. Marco stated that WB wasn't able to move as he did in his prime state.
