I don't understand how haki can bloom and advance after it gets extremely exhausted during battle.

because the quality advances.

haki isnt chakra. look at it in 2 dimensions quality and quantity. quality gets stronger as haki blooms and by learning advanced forms your haki quality gets stronger. quantity runs out if you use it extensively.

If we see Marco reacting to Momo as a dragon in this chapter im 100% sure he is going to the rooftop.

If that happens I guess he'll go to meet Momo and Kaido and reveal some shit about Onigashima and then the island will start to fall which urges Momo to try to stop it and maybe Marco and Yamato go below to get people out of the island (or maybe even to the capital itself).

Yamato being one guardian deity of Wano makes it easy for the Wano people to follow her.
