I do believe T-Pein because of this ^.
Also, if he knew Don was Jailer, I would have expected Don to be dead already. Jailer is a huge hit for Mafia.

I never played with people giving actions before the game begins..

this is what I think.
I am caught up now,
The game started at n1...ok

So I was afk on n1 so did nothing and I think Ratchet was also afk n1.
Then on n2 he was jailed.
then on n3 he was free and active so he finally made a kill.
This explains why there was no killing till then.
