Yeah, Zoro using 1 attack puts him in top tier list, while Luffy having multiple top tier powers (AdCoA, AdCoO, AdCoC) does not put him in Yonko braket. Talk about being biased and being a blind Zoro Stan. Or rather, as Jay D Legend says, it is always about Agenda. It applies to you as well

You don't understand anything.

It's not about how many types of haki you possess but the amount of damage output you can inflict. As well as other stats that can render your battle power more fruitful.
