I was also in your position a couple of months ago. I hate my university but I see it as a "safeguarding".
As long as you’re alive you can always achieve something great, this mindset cleared my mind.
Go into a state of "mediation", forget the rules of society, the opinion of others etc. And focus on yourself. Try to understand yourself first and soon you will find your way. There’s still a harsh reality, now you need to think: "How can I achieve my dream within this system?"
The future is always uncertain, everything can change in an instant. You can only plan about the things you know, but you cannot plan about the future which is full of uncertainties. Because of that I’ve aims and dreams but not a strict plan
