I don’t say Sukuna can’t win I’m saying that above Kage level Sukuna won’t be able to win. So around good kage seems to be his level. And the kage have tools to fight.

Someone like A3 can fight a Biju, and Genjutsu is still a thing. Someone like Gengetsu can become water like can create illusion can send Joki boys ghost like shit to explose into other faces etc.

You need ( or not ) to give him 20 fingers so he resurrects 100% and then you can kill him.

Wouldnt he just regenerate if killed while at 15 fingers?
