If we put Usopp aside for a second, I'd like to get Kagura more involved. And of course I'd like more from @Alibaba @Zolo @Xlaw as well. I have some reservations with a Tobi lynch, but it's not something I intend on disclosing now.

My issues about the Tobi thing is he is on sooooo many lists, it would be a convient mislynch for scum.
