Good thread. Sanji's power up is completely consistent with what has been hinted in the manga and it is clear that he needed it to grow a level.

The progression is also very consistent with Sanji's previous showings. All in all, it is a good power up for Sanji

To be honest, the decision to remove Shanks arm was done purely because the Editor asked Oda to do it.

Meaning it shouldnt have changed where Oda saw Shanks strength wise.
