He brought up Odd and Alibaba early in the game but never made a real push for either. Then he came in and dropped two giant cases on people after he had some votes which I consider a possible scum tell of his since he’s always scum when I see him do that.

He doesn’t mean noble flavor wise lol. He means noble as in mafia role terms. Or at least that’s how I understand.

ratchet has a wincon that requires 2 other townies dead , he simply isnt non hostile
mango prev lied about his claim because he did not want to be pushed
odd is claiming a town role and that likely is either one of the people in question or is trying to protect one of them.

i would be cautious about playing into ratchet's hand here
