Jack hybrid first was clearly different:
Jack had two hands and four legs, that is the first time that we see a zoan like this in hybrid and im pretty sure this has something do with awakened power.
Then Queen with his snakeform:
He legit use a snakeform and oneshot(if Sanji didn´t would heal himself up) Sanji pre exo.
And then King who partial transformation like Marco to cover his wings:
And now King use a new form like Queen did, this is all legit a teaser for awakened, hope we see a final form where King looked like this:
