Nope king use his beak only to stab zoro but Sanji he used a meteor dive similar to the one he used to is chapte except Sanji took a full body meteor dive not just a head

King can't do that dive with Zoro because he blocked the attack. Sanji couldn't block the attack and that's why Sanji got hit with the beak in the first place.
