Funny how he try to downplay Tatsumaki, like if it is a low lvl attack of Zoro,Tatsumaki is one of his higher attacks. It overpowered Kaido Dragon Twist and cut him, let current Zoro use Tatsumaki against the whole Doflamingo pirates, in the end you have 99% of the members defeated(Pica,Diamante,Vergo and Trebol get one shotet) and Doffy in heavy damaged badly form who almost can only stand with one leg duo the attack, perhaps even Doffy could even fall after it. And King tank a attack who could wipe out the entire Doflamingo pirates.
