two things happen nearly the same time are : "i don't think i can win withouting knowing...." and "shamisem sound"
the first one, zoro starts doubt himself, enma goes crazy and zoro can't control it just like the first time he took it.
or just enma is sth still belong to everything rerated to Oden. Enma seems miss his/her former owner and zoro losing of control it in momments

It's also quite incredible that he's even able to hear the Shamisen. Hiyori is at the Treasure Repository - the place where the Scabbards healed up post their fight against Kaido and near the area Inu fought Jack - and Zoro is on the outskirts of Onigashima.

It may very well be a CoO feat or a Breath of All Things feat.

zoro is not doubting himself, in fact he's as calm as he can get.
enma is working as intended, sucking zoro dry of haki when zoro doesn't restrain it, in order to manage that zoro needs to maintain focused control over it, in the last chapter zoro wasn't focused on enma and wasn't resisting it's haki drain effect.
zoro was assigning all of his mental power to solve king's mysterious ability, he's so focused on one objective to the extent that he can hear music playing all the way from the treasure repository (enhanced awareness/observation haki bloom), that's similar to how usopp unlocked his observation haki back at dressrosa, he was too focused on making a perfect shot to save luffy and law and that concentration of mental effort allowed him to bloom his observation.

Ah yes. Hiyori starts playing the Shamisen, and Enma starts hissing at that exact moment.

Conclusion - Zoro lost focus.....

That didn't even happen when Zoro picked up Enma for the first time and had zero clue that the Sword could drain a persons Haki. It only drained his Haki when he attacked with the Sword. Simply holding it does not drain a persons Haki.

wrong!
it's funny how people can miss the most obvious things, lol
when zoro prepared flying dragon blaze, tatsumaki and asura against kaido, enma sucked a certain amount of haki before zoro unleashes the attacks.

zoro has to always restrain enma from draining his haki, he unleashes enma a bit before he attacks to charge enma with haki, then he releases it with the attack.

Um no. It does absolutely nothing when a person is just holding it. It's not until you attack with it, that it drains your Haki.

There is literally nothing going on.

Mr. 1 vs Zoro all over again but this time it has bits of Luffy vs Katakuri when it comes to Zoro looking for King's gimmick to beat him.

Enma didn't react to Shamisen. Zoro did and lost his focus which caused Enma to suck him off harder than Oda does Luffy.
