Other than a gag, what could be Usopp's kingly ambition to have CoC?

To be fair, you don't need CoC as a cook and finding All Blue... It's like saying Chopper should have CoC as a doctor and finding Wonder Cure...

Meanwhile, Usopp has a case and setups due to his lies... Only question for Usopp is how would he attain it...

Sanji has none and has no reason to, otherwise it would be a bad writing (unnecessarily forced)...

Also Usopp has two dreams:

1. To be a brave warrior of the sea
