Speculations What will happen to Kid and Law post Wano?

What is to come of these two post wano. With Luffy and Blackbeard neck and neck to become the pirate king while Kid and Law are very far behind what will happen to these two once wano ends?

1. They take Luffys vivre card and become allies
2. They get taken down by Straw Hats in a future arc
3. They get taken down by Blackbeard Pirates in a future arc
4. They stop vying for the role of pirate king and follow another dream and they get written out of the story
5. They get arrested by admirals

None of the above
They follow their own storylines. They becomes great pirates in their own right and rival Luffy(this isn't a power-scaling statement) but are his allies when they need to be.

After wano, they carve up big mom's territories for themselves. Kid, being a conqueror, will amass a large following for himself with the fame he gets from fighting big mom and kaido. With linlin herself gone, Kid will seize much of Big Mom's territory and become an emperor in his own right. After becoming an emperor, he will go after shanks, which will ultimately cause him to face off against Luffy.

Law on the other hand, won't go for territory. Rather, he will go for Big Mom's resources. He gets pudding to join his crew and steals Corazon's DF, which it is revealed to be in big mom's possession. Bepo or Jean Bart eat it. With Pudding by his side, he starts deciphering as many poneglyphs as he can find, in order to learn more about the true history. Eventually he will stumble upon some big secret, which he relays to the SHs.

Law will go away with his own crew for an arc or two (Elbaf and maybe a small Zou like arc). Then he might get to come back and go along to Laugh Tale with the crew as an ally, if not, he’ll play some role in the Final War. Overall will continue to have a similar level of relevance as he’s had in Wano, don’t expect him to get the focus he did on PH/Dressrosa again.

Kid and Killer I expect to get soundly thrashed by Shanks and Mihawk to hype them up before meeting Luffy/Zoro. Then a role in the final war as allies. Not really expecting much from them, at most they’ll get tied into Shanks backstory.

Law joins as Zoro's FM making him the n°3 of the SH crew, the scrap metal collector and Killer will have an important part as leaders of the new era but it's possible that they never show up again.

Law will tag along with Luffy.Kidd will sail the new world conquering territory and recruiting heavy hitters to solidify himself as Emperor.

I can see Law sticking with his alliance with Luffy since he might be sacrificing his life for him one day even though Luffy would not like it. Kidd, he will arguably keep searching for the treasure and him and Luffy will probably meet again at the War.

After Wano, Kidd and Law will become Great Pirates. They will go on their adventure for a bit until they're back in the Final War as part of the Strawhat's allies.

Kid will follow his own path and be a big pirate, but not as big as Luffy. Dont think he will showup again in the main story.


Law will go his own way to find more about the true history, and will rejoin with the SH in the Final War, as he is a D. i believe he will play major role in the Final War, giving his life to undo the immortality of Imu, in what will be one of the major climax of the final arc. The connection of his power and the treasure of Marijoa was already established and its very likely that Imu immortality came from the Ope Ope user from the Void Century using the surgery on him.

Kid will remain a rival to Luffy until the very end just like Smoker. The dynamic won't ever change. While Law won't have an enemy-like relationship with SHs, he's gonna keep pretending like he's a rival to them. He also intends to learn history so he needs to get involved with the SH's more often than not even if he decides to go separate ways.

Their names will shine as much as Luffy's after Wano.
