Yes. Being role blocked doesn't affect a transporter's action on you. Nothing should. A transport/bus drive should be the first action processed.

I thought he looked fine. His complaints about the lack of activity are just like when he complained in the Kaguya-sama game over the same thing. He was town that game, so his consistency with it in this game makes him look good to me.
