Zoro's general CoA was strong enough to physically chop up Kaido's scales with a mid-level attack. Asura was strong enough to scar Kaido for life. And no, it did not have visuals of ACoC- he probably just used CoC passively like Luffy in MF.
Internal Destruction is a good gimmick, but it doesn't portray overall potency of CoA, just allows you to bypass someone's durability and hit their insides like Law.
By feats, portrayal and Zoro's own specialization, his CoA is more potent than Luffy's.
Endurance is also debatable. Endurance is about who can take more damage and keep going despite being pushed way past limit- wouldn't Thriller Bark be best endurance feat out of any Strawhat? Even Nami hyped it as such. Rest are fine. Dunno why "foot strength" is a stat though lol.
Luffy&Zoro gab is extreme diff due to both have the power that only a few in One Piece can use.
The other reason is the will, willpower is all in One Piece and Luffy&Zoro have extreme willpower.
Zoro&Sanji has a wilder gab because of not having the 2 main point that I write above. ZorovsSanji is a mid/diff fight (if I am generous), One coudnt move anymore after 1 dam fight, the other took the strongest attack in One Piece, took a bagua from Kaido, took Big Mom lighting attack, (probably took other attacks of panel (the 5N fought offpanel for a while - chapter 1003 Luffy run out of hacky - next chapter on the rooftop Kaido was on hybrid Luffy recover his hacky) then fought King (which dealt before advcoc good damage) and it look like Oda is planning more stuff with him.
One Piece is not that hard, if you check the will between Luffy&Zoro also when they clash is indeed very close.
Willpower is something that a character has it or not, feat/potrayed can change with time, but willpower not.
Top character in One Piece are drive by the strongest willpower that a fact and that how Oda build his story.

albeit not not the same extent because they cant generate the amount of ap zoro can but they still were

that just implies zoro out of the timeskip would be a stronger coa user than the other two colors of haki
its not really a basis for comparison with the others.
