I don’t know the Medusa mechanic enough to really understand. What my thought is that Ekk visited someone and got stoned. The heal happened before maybe on someone else and he saved him but didn’t save the stone? Idk I’m not fluent with the role honesty but even he would be a better lynch then you or odd at this point
