King, Queen and F6 with looser jack are nothing compared to two yonkos.... Zoro isnt impressive in the eyes of CP0...... neither is Sanji... Kid, Law and Luffy will lead new generation, and even Oda only aknowladges them as strongest... Zoro is Killer and Sanji is Bepo in terms of importance and strenght.... No year of Zoro or hes char development. Oda only cares about luffy and puts more attention to pirate captains rather than second mates... Mihawk aint top tier, time to realise that and open your eyes, dont blame me im not writer Oda is. Im only telling the truth as zoro fan, im dissapointed to have waited for wano so long and get shit on my face from oda

The CP0 considers defeated 2 Yonkos useless as well.
That took place in chapter 103 where the 5 SN were facing Kaido and Big Mom.
The CP0 underestimated the strength of pirate/samurai alliance. They never thought the alliance, more importantly the Straw Hats, would be this strong. They have 2 ACoC uses in the crew. That is huge and a very rare.

the masked lad looked like around Jinbe level or lower.. i figured since they made a big deal regarding jimbe against WW. not undermining jimbe's combat prowess.. but i'd assume if they're someone significantly stronger they'd word what they said differently like "lets see if he can survive this battle first" than saying " OMG HE FIGHTING THE WARLORD..." ok not like that but more like "His opponent is JIMBE after all"
but i doubt that everyone in CP0 elite masked power rangers have comparable strenght i bet even among the elite there are people of a separate elk dedicated to them in terms of strenght and superiority.
