Bleach's casts >>> One Piss' casts.
One Piece casts are trash, from Shirahoshi and her kingdom, Rebeccry and tontatta, Scrubbards, Otama, Oden and Oden 2.0 etc.
Bleach's casts are better, not only in interaction but also in battles.
Shinigami + Vizards vs Arrancars is far better than Onigashima Raid.

Bleach can pull the likes of Soifon vs Barragan, Tousen vs Komamura, Starrk vs Kyoraku, Kenpachi vs Tousen and Komamura (Soul Society arc) etc.

Oda either offpanels side characters' battle competely or draw it like total garbage.

Well it pretty much a fact that Oda stopped writing OP after the timeskip, im sure he does storyboarding, character design, and basic story stuff but nothing week-to-week.

All the chapters (since timeskip) have been written by ediors/mangaka at Shuiesha under the name Oda. Notice how quality nosedived immediately and fanservice/merchandising was prioritized (see Zou,Dressrosa,WCI,Wano)
These writers have no clue what they are doing and the recent work has reflected it.
