kidds attacks are boring looking sometimes but hes dealing real damage. its possible for attacks to be so powerful haki doesnt matter when it comes to defense, and kidd slamming 50 tons of steel into big mom is plenty to hurt her. kizaru uses the one end of force = mass x acceleration and has maximum force because he moves so fast, but kidd is all mass.

like yes its simpleminded but probably no one on this island except maybe luffy and kaido can attack with as much physical force as kidd

I would be extremely surprised if he isn't one. Oda took a long time to reveal that Law was one too and it was completely unexpected by everyone as far as I remember. I don't remember a single person predicting Law was one before.
