When I first got into one piece I was SHOCKED at the amounts of.violence and blood.
So much that I feared Zoro might actually die in the first fight vs Mihawk.
I had never seen such a violent cartoon show before.

In hindsight this is ironic :broocry:
I was playing God of War and God of War 2 so young, even though i shouldn't be allowed to :suresure:

So violence / blood never shocked me anymore lmao.

But i did think Shingeki's first episode back in 2011 was kinda crazy, by letting us watch the MC's mother being eaten alive, wtf.

What do you mean? Toei has been doing great for One Piece since Wano started, so many great moments already.

Sure the last few episodes have been weaker (still better than average One Piece from Dressrosa / Whole Cake), but that's because there's gonna be a lot of hype moments for Roof Piece and The Final Fights.

Man, say what you want about Boruto, but Studio Pierrot has been going hard on the manga canon fights too, so much good shit animated.

I wished as a kid i had Naruto animated with that quality and One Piece with current Wano quality.

Let's hope Bleach's return also has cool animations.
Wano arc has some great moments(quality animations). But you feel the drop in quality by next episode.

I agree with lack of technology some 15+ years back. But seriously, they can do better. Every one is adapting to new stuff. But for some reason Toei still sticking to those stretched things.

I never imagined Punk Gibson to be to that slow. It looked like Kid was pushing some truck or somthing. In manga, he smashed Apoo with single punch.

DemonSlayer and Jujutsu Kaisen proving some thing here. Even Tokyo Revengers(I have no idea about the story). They are selling at 3x to 4x numbers to the fourth highest one in the list.

All these three franchise seen the spike after they got good anime adaptions.

imo Wano story is still better than these three manga. But sadly, only 7m copies sold.

Thanks to korean (confirmed by redon)

Chapter 1039 : That Day on Elbaf

~ It is revealed that Zoro saw this reaper during his training days. The reaper allowed him to live at the cost of his left eye. Zoro believes the reaper wants his life the minute the serum wears off.
~ Franky is carrying Zoro as the reaper follows them. Franky can't see it but he runs away upon Zoro's orders. (he thinks Zoro is insane). Zoro tells Franky he'll probably die so he wants him to take him to "that" place before he does.
~ Franky explains Zoro's situation to Chopper on den den mushi as they run toward a particular location. Chopper warns Zoro not to go but he knows Zoro won't listen. He changes to leg point and begins running towards zoro's final destination. "Even if there's a **1%** chance I can save him, I'll save him.
~ Back to law and kidd vs big mom.
~ Law and Kidd's previous attacks give Big Mom a very bad headache which causes her to think of elbaf.
~ Big Mom's Flashback of the happiest and saddest day of her life is revealed.
~ As she's recalling her memory, Kidd and Law are slugging her with everything they have. The closer she gets to the truth within her flashback, the weaker her defense gets and the more their attacks hurt her.
~ She is yelling like she did in WCI. it looks like Law and Kidd's eardrums bleed out but they continue to strike her.
~ Law and Kidd notice that Big Mom's defense is completely gone and announce their final attacks.
~ Kidd punches through Napolean shattering the blade and sending her flying high above Onigashima.
~ Law dismembers Big Mom into multiple pieces as she drops back down.
I wouldn't rlly mind if this happened. If everything there is true, than Pantheos took an L didn't he?
