Sneak attack or not depends on Apoo noticing Zoro as his opponent or not.

Let's say Marco vs King Queen. Marco knows he is against the two. So when he focuses on King, then Queen attacks him, this is not a sneak attack from Queen. If King is too fast for Marco, this is not a sneak attack from King.
