As you can see, there are 3 different type of mafia games listed here. Light Games, Role Madness, and Super Role Madness.
This thread will explain the game types and the requirements to host them.
Light Games
A light game is a mafia game that contains vanilla roles and a few power roles or sometimes they can be mountainous games which is everybody is vanilla. Being vanilla is not having an ability, being a power role is having one.
Light games may also contain mechanics and a posting limit but that's up to the host.
-Must have played at least 2 games
-Maximum of 15 players
-Most of the roles, mainly town roles must be vanilla
These are the simple requirements for a light game to be made.
Role Madness
A role madness game is one that every single role in the game is a power role. It may contain stuff like multiballs, crazy mechanics, night talking, etc. It's not super crazy but just enough.
-Minimum 10 players
-All roles must be power roles
-Maximum 25 players
-Must have played at least 2 role madness games
Super Role Madness
A super role madness game is simply put a role madness game on steroids. All the roles are pretty powerful in their own right. The mechanics are the craziest you've ever seen, the games are really big, and it can contain whatever the host wants as long as it's balanced.
-Must be an approved host
-Minimum 25 players
