Also, yea CBR is dogshit you can even see that they have a list of 5 ways that Hody Jones was right. I can't imagine what gymnastics they put on that list.

They're a website that's known for posting lists and articles based on anime/manga with One Piece being one of them. They're infamous for having really bad takes towards certain characters, moments, and series with an example of one of them I posted above. The one that @Ask D question was referencing is a list of "hated" One Piece characters which included Ace.

They started off as a website focused on American comics (“comicbookresources”). They used to be fairly decent back in the day when it was just that, they had like interviews with writers and editors, etc.

But over the past few years they are trying to break in pop culture in general and it straight up became dogshit

That would make a lot of sense. Some people tried to call Ace a pedo due to his friendship with Tama.


Ace had that milk maid girl he befriended in a cover story pre TS but she was much older and closer to his age.
