It seems as if Shigaraki will be getting All for one. Assuming this, I think its fair to say that at least a few people are going to be losing their quirks.
imo Shigaraki will get both Mirko's "Rabbit" and Crust's "shield"
now I know what y'all are thinking, Shigaraki would look a bit goofy with a rabbit tail. Yes, but Shigaraki is also desperately in need of some enhancement quirks. Decay is good and all, but against anyone with the ability to fly, it would be absolutely useless. As it stands, endeavor could probably end him in a second, which isn't really a good thing for the supposed successor of all for one.
not only is rabbit an enhancement quirk, it is possibly one of the strongest physical enhancement quirks there is. Shigaraki already has top tier speed and reaction, as far as unenhanced humans go. With Rabbit, he could easily be one of the fastest characters in the series with only hawks and possibly endeavor surpassing him in speed. When combined with other enhancement quirks, like perhaps Tensei Ida's "engine", Shigaraki could reach a speed tier that is on par with if not higher than Izuku's OFA 100%
shield would counter Shigaraki's durability weaknesses. It could also even the playing field as far as OFA goes. I think a combination of shield, shock absorption, and super regeneration could effectively negate the supposedly "overpowered" super strength that Deku gains through OFA.
