Well, I've never seen you sheep before, and I don't think it's necessarily alignment indicative of you. So if you wanna trust me, I'm going to lynch either GoM today or Odd. Mostly the former since he's being uncooperative, isn't willing to prove himself, and just has a defeatist attitude right now.

Well, if that indeed did happen, I doubt Fuji would notify me of it either way. Does it have an action feedback to the target? Also if you used it last night, then there's no "before Cinera" there. It would have all gone to Cinera.

People nowadays think you can claim indie in every game and it works.

I think that’s mostly because of hosts using indies irresponsibly. Many games now have at least three or four indies, and with that many, some of them are bound to be friendly or non-threatening. I think indies are like wasabi; they are the strongest spice in the dish, and must be used very carefully. You only need a little.

Like, when games have too many indies, you can’t stop them from claiming because 1) some of them really will be non-hostile and 2) there’s just too many indies and neither town or mafia can afford to invest a lot of abilities into eliminating the indies.

But also, some of you complain about everything in the meta before you try and come up with solutions. If you think claiming indie is so easy, then try it yourself next time you roll mafia. Maybe we’ll see a couple of games won by mafia teams who all make early indie claims, and then the meta will change again to become more anti-indie. If you think something is broken, try taking advantage of it.

Agreed here. I mean non-hostile indies are bound to come out and claim to avoid suspicion down the road and maybe have an easier time in the game. Hostile ones are roles that need to stay hidden and act town. Claiming as hostile is usually rare anyway.

I mean town has a healthy skepticism of indies and try and find the truth, and scum using indies as a fail safe really can't be held against them either.

yeah but that person is also (and im not sorry for saying it) not a totally reliable narrator. He understands my perspective on that. Youd have been better off linking with Ekko who is basically confirmed town if that were your intent. You chose the comfortable conversation, you cant be expected to just 'gather items' and have fun in peace. Its a game of suspicion after all
