well i kinda checked, i asked if in case someone is bullet / superbulletproof immune would the ability pass through and fail the kill later ?

And he said that they would tank the kill/sk but there is a poison mechanic

so i interpet this as yes the black arrow would go through but it won't be consumed untill next cycle so the kill would fail but i wouldn't know untill next cycle

It has to first be applied, and then a cycle later, it processes, resulting in the victim's death. if someone is immune to kills, then the poison will fail from the start, hence why you see failed. If you don't want to accept my explanation, that's your call, you can check with the hosts, but that's the only way I've ever known Poison Kills to work.
