Tbh Juliet once did that in All Stars, too. She slipped on purpose trying to clear her mate and it destroyed the entire team in the end. It was painful to watch.

That being said, I'm not a fan of suicidal play like this. It feels like game throwing when you purposely hurt your position like this. But that's a discussion for post game I guess.

A) You're lying
B) You're not lying, but someone used you
C) Someone appeared as you (Very unlikely)
D) Fuji made a mistake.

Though, I think A or B is most likely.
