And this makes King stronger, but how does that show he plays in a different League?
Without King's RHM statements nothing suggested he was above Queen. They were totally equal until King got some hype which puts him above Queen but still not too far from him.
Being RHM Commander doesn't put King more near to Kaido.
He was talking in general about supernovas' strength, which Is a huge ballpark, in his mind Hawkins had a general level of strength for supernovas, that started from Bonney and ended with Luffy.
Also It was base Luffy, base Luffy being Zoro tier of strength during that time doesn't seem absurd to me.
Marco already talks about a different ballpark, the one with the ones surpassing 1 bilion berries, so Marco talks about a "tier" that includes the likes of him, Queen, King and Katakuri together.
Lmao, since Zorojuro was the most "famous" and most discussed on wano he decided to talk about him first.

Still waiting proofs for King being a League above Queen.
