Chopper : If I survive this big war, will you marry me?
Deer mink : Yes, I've been waiting for you to do this

I wouldn't go so far as to compare Toki to Bobbin and Apoo, but she's the WORST female character in One Piece. That black chick in Bellamy's crew, who has no dialogue, is a better character than her. Fullbody's date in Baratie is a better character. We know nothing about Ms. Mother's Day (no design even), and she's already a better character than Toki.
