No it does not, give a fodder like caribou a logia and he becomes a well known pirate with a 210,000,000 bounty, give a fodder a well known sword and he gets possesed by it or die a terrible death.

Plus a strong sword only enables its user to tap into his own potential, a DF gives the user a complete new potential.

2) enma had a whole chapter to show how only if you are strong one can use it.

1. Many character uses something with Drawbacks but we never really defended them like how zorotards did zoro.

2. Yeah Enma choosed strong users but I don't think Zoro would go leaps and bounds stronger if he has his default swords other than enma.
