what rating do you need or what key levels do you need for KSM 3?

2500 rating.
+15 on all 10 dungeons on both tyrannical and fortified more or less.
Sure you can go higher on a few dungeons to compensate for others that you do not enjoy running, etc.
On going higher during a fortified key to compensate a lower tyrannical since people hate to pug high level tyrannicals.
Which I totally get. People go ultra pepega mode on some bosses and wiping just wastes so much fucking time.
