So, according to the last page conversation, Kaido is about to lose very very soon, maybe less than 5 chapters as I said before but now I think Kaido can lose in 1-2 chapters max IF we do not get any surprise like his awakening but it seems unlikely due to this dialogue.

Read the low quality trans (I think it’s not too bad quality tbh, a throwback to earlier times)

I liked the chapter tbh. Completely nuts, a wild throwback to the early One Piece days (I think even then Oda wasn’t this slapstick) but I liked it. Luffy showed a bit of personality for the first time in a long while of this Kaido fight.

G5‘s interesting, he’s not seeming to be hitting much harder- but he’s way more varied in his attacks and it’s allowing him to outright tank attacks with ease.

I’m going to need a return to some seriousness for the end of the fight but for a proper introduction to what G5 does, I liked it.

(Finally getting a giant Luffy now with the Nika fruit may have some links to that big Strawhat in Mariejois as well).
