Decades later, Wano Luffy tried to do the same, taking direct attack from Top Tier Kaido, and he got KOed on spot.

Meanwhile, Zoro, he already bleeding a lot, had his own injuries. Yet he still took Luffy's damage that already KOed him and the result: Zoro still standing, didn't fainted.
Mathematically
Luffy took x amount of damage, he slept.
Zoro already had y amount of damage, still took x amount of damage. Y + x, he didn't get KOed.

Combined attacks of 2 fking Yonko, both in their strongest form: Hybrid form and not skinny, not amnesia form. Hakai is gonna be Top 1 attack feat, no attack will surpass Hakai, not Nika's big G3, not anything. At least not until EoS.
Zoro got injured after tanking Top 1 Attack feat!! (At least until EoS where Zoro and not Luffy, will pull an attack stronger than 2 prime Yonkos combined).
And just for comparison, what broke the fragile punching bag pre daddy suit, pre daddy gene, pre whosyourdaddy cheat?
1. Zoro's sword hilt
2. No bamboo, no FBH Vergo
3. Casual, no awakening Doffy
4. Daddy Judge
5. Yuen, he not only broke him physically, he even mocked his Sky Walk
