You don't have to resort to turd etc lol, 1010 Luffy in base has longer CoC infusion duration compared to KOH Zoro. Luffy in 1037 blocked a point blank wind slash aimed from serious Kaidou (drunk mode = seriously challenged, Kaidou's own statement), while rooftop Zoro's body was shook after blocking a stray wind slash from like hundreds of meters away while Kaidou didnt even aim at him. And even if G5 Luffy was bleeding after receiving wind slashes, it lasted two panels and thats it he smiled again. Like he's not affected at all, it's literally negligible for Luffy.

Dragon Turd Kaido was knocked down by garbage scabbards and Tatsumaki nearly knocked Kaido down just due to pressure alone.
Kaido called scabbards attack garbage and was put on far inferior light than flying dragon blaze.

Hybrid Kaido has been no selling Luffy's CoC hits for ever.

Majority? Luffy Law Kid(Yes I consider Law and Kid top tiers) BB WB Shiki BM Kaido Sengoku the 5 (maybe just 4) Admirals….are DF users. Only Roger Rayleigh Oden Shanks Garp (Maybe Kong and Green Bull) and Mihawk don’t have DFs.

the majority of Top Tiers have DFs. By a good amount.

Those who don't have it are actually the top tiers. Except for whitebeard and kaido. Rogers , shanks , Rayleigh, garp , Mihawk. Oden

Admirals don't come close to yonkou please. They can give a fight but but can't win. Only devil fruit users I can allow is whitebeard and kaido. That's it.
