The narrative build up (Momo moving the island, the lanterns being sent into the sky, the Samurais begging for Luffy to free them, Luffy making an island lvl attack for the first time) is there
The way the chapter seems to end (Kaido telling Joyboy will be man who defeats him) with possibly an opening to a Kaido flashback

Kaido isn't getting up next chapter as if nothing happened

Luffy beats Kaido -> he’s knocked out (Luffy officially won) -> yay we won -> Kaido wakes up and rampages over the capital -> Zoro beheads him and gets a black blade.

Theres lots of versions

some ZKK theorists suggest after Luffy beats Kaido and hes down Zoro will execute him no fighting involved. So it doesn't take away from Luffys "glory"
