Oda hardly kills his characters. You expect kaido to die in the arc he was introduced not a single chance thats happening . Its clearly stated he is meant to be defeated by joyboy.

I think design is okay

Problem was Oda jumps around from the fight too much, it kills the flow. If he kept it focused then it would have turned better

He thought momo 20 years ago flashback was important that we already know than that plotline of grim reaper.

oda is just stalling at this point, he knows zoro is the money maker, so he's keeping the best for last.
i'm just glad we're finally over with the sleep inducing luffy vs kaido.

Agreed to some extent. Naruto sage of six paths gave me real good chills for it's design. But this was disappointing in terms of design. I mean we come from snake man to this. It's a downgrade. But power wise again it's ridiculous.

Despite some people wanting so much from Zoro in this arc and some of the the crazy ZKK people, I actually really enjoyed Zoro during the Wano arc.

Fan expectations are more at fault then oda is
And if im being honest with myself something ive been a fault at this arc with zoro
Zoro has definitely had really good moments this arc but my wants and expectations kinda made it feel disappointing as a whole and thats on me


Kinda how like in wci
Where sanji fans really wanted to see more feats and action from him more so than what happened
With that being the same thing i wanted to see from zoro this arc but ironically zoro's feats and action being what we mostly got

I would love to say i wont do it again but i cant help but have high expectations for usopp in elbaf lol
Especially with how he was handled this arc. Hopefully i like it either way
