Obviously, I would move it to be earlier for next day phases and have it be back at the original time. But I put it at 7 pm CST cause I can't cut the day phase more than a couple hours or else the day would be too short.

Dont end the day now, Imo you can try and start it at the time it usually started ie 4PM EST. Everyone should be fine with this I feel.
