Golden rules for a good manga:

- Never write a looong story
- never create too many new characters in one arc. You can’t give everyone their deserved spotlight
- bad people don’t change and no luck or power of friendship
- don’t switch the scenes between the fights too often
- respect the main cast
- NEVER make a villain too strong or untouchable. You’ll never find a solid solution.

I agree but the bolded part needs some work.
Oda is overdoing these tho
